Every pair of Moment skis is proudly handcrafted in our own factory located in Reno, Nevada, USA.
How long does shipping take for new skis?
In-stock skis typically ship within 2-3 business days. During peak season or sales, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order leaves our Reno warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a two-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted skis and apparel in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Can I get my skis mounted by Moment?
If you purchase bindings along with your skis, we offer professional mounting services at our Reno factory. Please ensure you provide your correct boot sole length (BSL) during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
